Machines, gaging and what they will hold.
Okuma turning and machining centers, a Brown & Sharpe CMM, and the envelope we actually quote against.
Okuma turning centers
Two Okuma lathes running bar and chuck work.
These are machine maximums. The production envelope further down is tighter, and that is the one to quote against.
Okuma machining centers
Two Okuma vertical machining centers.
Four axis is the ceiling. We do not run five-axis work, and we will tell you straight if that is what your part needs.
What we actually quote
Tighter than the machine maximums, on purpose. Quote against this.
Outside the envelope? Tell us anyway. We will either say yes or point you to someone who can do it right.
Gaging and inspection equipment
We do not take a job we cannot check. This is what does the checking.
Also on the floor
Cutoff, drilling and manual work handled here, so nothing waits on an outside shop.
Does your part fit?
Send the print and the quantity. If it fits the envelope you get a number in three to five days. If it does not, you get a straight answer faster than that.
